A high-quality office and commercial building comprising around 4,800 sqm of rental space, it enjoys an excellent location in the heart of the center of Frankfurt. The building is currently undergoing a complete refurbishment, and aims to the achievement of the #LEED Gold certification thanks to the highest #sustainability standards.
