Generali Real Estate is glad to support the growth of its logistics tenants, with the delivery of a new 36,000 sqm building in Moussy le Neuf, in the north of Paris, to CSP Movianto. The newly developed facility adds more capacity to the 90,000 sqm XXL building already rented by CSP, leader in the very specialized pharmaceutical logistics sector, with more than 500 staff onsite.
The new asset has been designed to respond to the needs of a very demanding business such as health and pharmaceuticals, with dedicated storage for flammable and aerosol products, areas with regulated 15°C/25°C temperatures and also a positive cold storage unit. Furthermore, it is BREEAM Very Good certified, and surrounded by 24,000 sqm of green spaces.
Owned and managed by Generali Real Estate under the PARCOLOG brand, the Moussy le Neuf logistics park now comprises about 126,000 sqm of lettable logistics space, ideally located close to the Roissy airport.
The asset was developed by PARCOLOG GESTION, built by the logistics specialist GSE, designed by MW ARCHITECTURE and with B27 SDE advising on the environmental side.
