We are thrilled to announce that following its refurbishment, the “Hello World” building in Paris has been awarded a Wired Score Platinum rating for its outstanding digital connectivity.

WiredScore is the real estate industry’s leading certification focused on assessing, certifying, and improving the digital connectivity and smart technology of buildings globally. The Wired Score Platinum certification demonstrates the building’s cutting-edge innovation with the use of market leading technology, processes, and automation, such as access to fiber connectivity to support diverse connections, using a protected, secure and future-proof digital infrastructure.

Built in 1924, this Art Deco style building extends over approx. 15,000 sqm in the attractive coworking and fintech environment, on the eastern fringe of Paris, 100 Rue Reaumur. It has recently undergone full renovation with hight sustainability and digital connectivity standards to deliver well-being, comfort, and the best experience to its tenants: private office spaces, magnificent atrium, gym, car, bike, and scooter parking slots, the magnificent 680 sqm roof top terrace with a breath-taking view over the city of Paris. Its façade was awarded by the city of Paris.
