The new project will be built in two phases (the first one expected to be completed in Q3 2025), with high technical and sustainability standards, in line with our constant focus on energy efficiency and biodiversity. At completion of the new lot, the whole Generali Real Estate logistics site in Piacenza will extend over more than 560,000 sqm.
