Réenchanter les Champs-Elysées

Generali Real Estate is very proud to be a partner of the new project ‘Réenchanter les Champs-Élysées’, initiated by Ville de Paris and Comité CHAMPS-ELYSEES. A major initiative aiming to transform and modernize the world-famous Avenue des #ChampsElysees along the lines of: 

• Improving the visitor experience
• Facilitating access to monuments
• Defining a global identity
• Responding to bio-climatic issues
• Welcoming urban innovations in terms of mobility, services and signage

The renovation of the Champs-Elysées will take place in two phases, the first one in view of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, followed by a complete redevelopment.
