Built in the second half of the 19th century and listed as a historic monument, this iconic building is an excellent example of Second Empire style architecture.
1898 saw the establishment of the historic jewelry Clerc: although it is no longer there, its original front windows were preserved, and can thus still be seen today as they were back then. The building was completely refurbished in 2009.
